terms of service

The terms for our sites and the platform.

Plain terms for our websites, and between your organization and Verarbo for the services operated under x10sibility.

last updated October 18, 2026

01

These terms

These terms apply when you visit our websites - verarbo.com, x10sibility.com and semantictypes.com - and when you use the services that Verarbo sells and operates under the x10sibility brand. If your organization has signed an agreement with Verarbo - an order form or a pilot agreement - that agreement comes first where the two differ.

02

Accounts

  • Your organization's administrators decide who has access and with which roles, and are responsible for the people they invite.
  • Keep your sign-in account secure. Tell us at security@x10sibility.com if you think someone else is using it.

03

Our websites

  • You can read, link to and share our pages. The text, images and designs on them belong to Verarbo; quote short passages with a link to the source, and ask us before reusing more.
  • What the sites say about regulations such as Minnesota's PFAS reporting is general information, not legal or regulatory advice, and may be out of date by the time you read it.
  • Product screens on the sites use invented demo data.
  • Links to other sites are for convenience; we don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
  • The sites are provided "as is". We may change or remove pages at any time.

04

Your data

Your organization owns its data. You give us permission to store, process and back it up only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

05

Reports and filings

The service helps you collect evidence and prepare reports, such as files for Minnesota's PRISM portal. You decide what to submit and you submit it yourself. The result depends on the information you and your suppliers provide. We don't give legal or regulatory advice.

06

Acceptable use

  • Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to store material you have no right to.
  • Don't try to reach other organizations' data, get around access controls, or probe or load-test the service without our written permission. To report a vulnerability, see the trust page.
  • Don't resell or provide the service to others without an agreement with us.

07

Extensions and packages

Packages, rules and customizations run in your tenant only after someone in your organization approves them. Packages published by others are provided by their authors, under the terms they state.

08

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and announce planned maintenance on the status page. Support is by email at support@x10sibility.com. Response and availability commitments, if any, are in your agreement.

09

Fees

Fees are set in your order form or pilot agreement.

10

Confidentiality

Each of us keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the purpose of our agreement.

11

Ending

Either party may end the service as set out in your agreement. After it ends, your organization can export its data for 30 days; then we delete it, as described in the privacy policy.

12

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as described in your agreement and otherwise "as is". To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

13

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of ONTARIO and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

14

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and tell administrators of material changes in advance. Questions: info@x10sibility.com.
